how it all works

Sessions are $125.00 per hour. If you are a full-time student, or have a special need, you are eligible for a reduced fee. We will work together over the telephone, via e-mail, and/or in person. It is common to work with a coach from a distance.

Life coaching work is most effectively done in three-month segments, two sessions a month. This allows you to make rapid progress toward reaching your goals. You will have work to complete outside of our sessions including reading, journaling, etc. Expectations are high; you are the one who sets the goals. Output is measurable. You may be gently challenged at times. You will always be supported and encouraged on your chosen path. You can expect to feel an expanded sense of peace and relaxation. You can look forward to living a more fulfilling life.

Payments are most easily made through PayPal, a secure, online service that allows you to easily and safely use your credit card for sessions. I also accept personal and business checks. Insurance companies generally do not reimburse for coaching consultation services.
