how it all works

Sessions are $95.00 each, payable in advance, with a check. If you purchase a four-session package in advance, sessions are only $80.00 each. We will work together over the telephone and via e-mail. It is common to work with a coach from a distance. I talk with people all over the U.S.

Life coaching work is most effectively done in 3-month segments, with two to four sessions a month. This allows you to make rapid progress toward reaching your goals. You will have work to complete outside of our sessions including reading, journaling, etc. Expectations are high; you are the one who sets the goals. Output is measurable. You may be gently challenged at times. You will always be supported and encouraged on your chosen path. You can expect to feel an expanded sense of peace and relaxation. You can look forward to living a more fulfilling life.

Sessions are payable in advance. If you buy a four-session package, each session is only $80.00. Insurance companies do not reimburse for life coaching sessions.
