Trained as a psychologist, my graduate degree is in clinical psychology. My doctorate is in the psychology of creative process and the synergy of art and healing. I practice professionally as a life coach. When working with others, I combine my education with all of my experiences as an artist, a writer and a small-business owner to further deepen clients’ self-knowledge.

Over the past decade, I have worked with at-risk adolescents in experiential wilderness programs in Aspen, CO., as well as in a homeless shelter in Lakewood, CO.

In New York, I worked alongside artists/patients who suffer from mental illness at The Living Museum, Creedmoor Psychiatric Center, as an artist and a healer. I have had private practices in New York City and Santa Fe, New Mexico. Currently, I have a private practice in Boulder, Colorado, and am also the owner of a small coffee shop/café downtown Boulder, Organica Café & Espresso Bar.

I love teaching, and working collaboratively in experiential group settings.

My experiences, both personal and professional, have invited me to enlarge my understanding of creative expansion and life transformation. Founded in Western psychology and the practicalities of life coaching, my work can also include the mystical, shamanic, and karmic realms.

I am a member of CABF (Child and Adolescent Bipolar Foundation), and ICF (International Coach Federation). I belong to the Book Arts League in Boulder, CO, as well as the Book Arts Group in Santa Fe, New Mexico.
